You can return your item only if the item is received in a faulty condition or should there be any damage & missing parts. Please contact us through our official contact channels attaching a picture of the product condition along with the return request within 24 hours from delivery to report it to validate your claim.

If you return an item because it's damaged or not as described, you'll get a full refund.

 

How long will my refund take?

It may take up to 7 days based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. After the returned item is received and processed, it may take between 5 to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your credit card or your bank account if you paid in cash.

After your return is approved, a representative will contact you to inform you about the return process and when you can expect your refund. The method by which you'll receive your refund depends on the original payment method used for the purchase.

Does Alhome provide customization on products?

Alhome might offer customization options for some products. Please get in touch with us before you place your order, and we'll let you know if we can customize the product to your specifications.

Does Alhome provide installation service?
No, installation service is not available

Can I return my order with any condition?

No, you have to return your order with the same condition you received it with, and in case you received a damaged order please add it to the return reason.

Can I request to get my refund in store credit?

You can request a refund by Gift Card refund method since we don’t offer credit wallets at the moment. For a faster refund, you can always request a refund voucher if you wish to purchase more items. The refund voucher may take 1 – 2 business days.

Can I reject/cancel my order after shipping?

We encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and reject receiving it in the unlikely event of finding any damage or discrepancy.

Will I be charged cancellation fees?

No, we currently don’t apply any fees on cancellation requests. If your order was prepaid, you will get your refund within 5 to 14 days.

Do I also get the discount I applied refunded when returning a product from Alhome?

You only receive a refund for the money you paid while purchasing your order, and we don’t refund any discounts.

  • All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
  • Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment (in case of pre-paid payment method)
  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.

In case of return and Refund we will send you messages and Emails and Airway Bill will be generated for the return , we will try to call you up to 3 times to arrange your return request by Alhome and our shipping company , in case we have got your reply to emails and/or calls , your return will happen within 6 days. In case we cannot reach out to you or in case you are delaying picking up the product , your return request will be Rejected, and Alhome will not be responsible for the return and amount refund.
